As we embark on our 13th year, the New Generation Awards stand tall as a beacon of excellence in South Africa's digital media landscape. 

Celebrated as the largest performance-based, independent awards in social-first marketing, digital media, AI, creativity, integrated marketing, and online technology, they represent the pinnacle of achievement in these dynamic fields. The awards celebrate the trailblazers among corporates, agencies, and individuals who harness innovative strategies and cutting-edge technology to elevate their brands and products, fulfilling the evolving demands of today's consumers.

With 60 industry-specific categories, the awards ignite a spirit of excellence and challenge participants to push the boundaries of innovation, setting new benchmarks for all to aspire to. 

In just 12 years, New Gen has garnered over 5,000 submissions from corporates, agencies, students, individuals, and brands, awarding more than 1,500 accolades that inspire the industry to reach unprecedented heights.

Entry Fees

2025 entry fees: All Prices (excl. VAT)

  • Standard Rates for entries received between 02 June and 18 July:

R2,250 per entry per category - Corporate Categories, Agency Categories, and Online Media & Tools Categories.

R2,450 per entry per category - Grand Black Onyx Award Categories.

Student Rates:

R1,100 per entry - Student Group Category and R900.00 per entry - Individual Student Category

  • Late Entry Fees - Entries received between 21 July and 25 July:

R2,500 per entry per category - Corporate Categories, Agency Categories, and Online Media & Tools Categories.

R2,700 per entry per category - Grand Black Onyx Award Categories.

Once we receive your entries, our accounts department will issue you with an invoice. Full payment for all entry submissions before the judging begins. Payment Method: EFT- We do not accept Credit Card payments. Refunds will be issued for any fees or costs relating to entries, seats, or sponsorships into the New Gen Awards.
